About Us

Choice Powers Change Consulting

Choice Powers Change supports people to develop deep and fulfilling connections with their community and achieve individual empowerment through strength-based goals, supports and choices.

Our work focuses on building teams for transformation; incorporating person centered philosophies and strengths-based management into service supports; transitioning to capacity-based planning and identifying leadership to initiate change. Our work creates a person-centered response to new regulations.

Our Core Beliefs

The breadth and depth of a person’s connection with their community is the true measure of their quality of life.

We work to create opportunities for people with disabilities to rise out of poverty and into lives of prosperity.

All people have the capacity, individually or with support to make meaningful choices about their lives.

How management supports their staff is directly reflected in how staff support the people they serve.

All people have talents and knowledge to create welcoming, rich and diverse communities for everyone.
